OUR ADVISORY BOARD
Günter Gerhard is a lawyer (focus on labour law) and worked many years for the Bavarian government. In 1984 he founded his own company, which offers advanced training for members of work councils. He is a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CSU) and for 12 years, was the mayor of his hometown. He has a broad understanding for the needs and constraints of stakeholders in local and regional politics.
PROF. DR. KLAUS MÜHLHAHN
Prof. Dr. Klaus Mühlhahn, Professor of Chinese History and vice president of the Freie Universität Berlin since 2014. He often talks to Chinese decision makers about the political and economic systems in China and Germany and acts in an advisory capacity concerning university and science management. He speaks Chinese fluently.
PROF. DR. CAROLIN ZELLER
Dr. Carolin Zeller is a political scientist and teaches political supervision to both German and international groups at the private Quadriga University in Berlin. Additionally she is experienced in local politics and the communal decision making process.
PROF. DR. JUNHUA ZHANG
Dr. Junhua Zhang is currently Professor of Political Science at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). He is director of the Centre for Israel Studies and director of International Master’s Degree on China’s Politics and Economy. He is also a senior associate at the European Institute for Asian Studies (EIAS).
Dr. Zhang received his PhD in philosophy from the J.W.Goethe-University in Germany. Apart from his long-term academic career at the Free University Berlin and Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin (WZB) in Germany, he has also served as a guest professor at several universities in Canada, Israel, Austria and France.
